With years of experience, Mr. Harris provides representation for Workers’ Compensation, Civil Litigation, Social Security Cases, and more.

Mr. Harris has litigated cases in the North Carolina Superior and District Courts as well as in the Federal court system, Harris has also litigated numerous cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals including Bennish v. N. C. Dance Theater, Sanhueza v. Liberty Steel Erectors, and Martin v. Cummins South, Inc. Harris has litigated before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals (Akron, Ohio), the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts in North Carolina (Eastern and Western Districts), Federal District Court in Virginia, the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the Social Security Administration.

In 2004, Harris and co-counsel, obtained one of the largest medical malpractice settlements in the state of N.C. In 2009, Harris resolved what is considered to be one of the largest voluntary police liability settlement in Mecklenburg County history.
